This past weekend was filled with all of my favourite things … brides, grooms, love and family!  It all started on Saturday with Candice and Chris’ beautiful and romantic garden wedding.  These two could not be sweeter and their day couldn’t have been more perfect!  We started the morning with Candice as she got ready.  Chris and Candice’s new house was bright and tidy and absolutely perfect for getting ready photos!

Candice you were absolutely radiant in your satin wedding gown!  Your excitement to marry your best friend was written all over your face and your joy was infectious!

After the ladies, we went over to Chris’ parent’s house where he spent his childhood and got some pictures of him getting ready for the day.  I got ready on my wedding day in the house where I grew up so I know how much that means …

Chris wore his grandfather’s cufflinks, and his father helped him put them on … a very special moment!

Candice and Chris chose to do a first look before their ceremony.  This first look had everyone in tears, myself included.  I will be blogging about first looks and my take on them in the near future so check back soon …

After the first look we headed over to the Royal Botanical Gardens for the ceremony … Candice rode in style with the top down accompanied by her daddy!

After the ceremony we went to the Mediterranean garden for some family photos followed by some bridal photos at Hendrie.

These two were such a riot … kept us laughing all day long!! : )

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the water at Hendrie this calm.  It was very hot, and there was little to no breeze, but this picture made it all worth it!!

Candice my friend … you are stunning!!  And man do you know how to work it girl!!

The reception was held in the Atrium at RBG … what a gorgeous room this is!  Natural light filled the hall until sunset … it was a photographer’s dream!

Candide and Chris’ family and friends sure do know how to let loose.  Dessert was barely cleared and the dance floor was full … SO much fun!!
