Yesterday I had to think a little outside the box … but I had SO much fun!!  Lisa and Bryan are both big hockey fans (and players), so they wanted to be true to themselves and do their engagement session on the ice.  At first I was a little intimidated … mostly that I would fall on my butt and embarrass myself … or break my camera … or both.  I’m happy to say though that I did not fall!  I do spend a lot of time shooting from low angels though, which requires me to lay on the ground, so you can image how cold this would be on an ice rink.  Totally worth it!!  I’m in love with how these photos turned out!

We also had a furry little friend to include in the session, so once were done on the ice we went outside to grab a few shots with the ADORABLE Lexi.  She wasn’t too impressed with me though … she spent a lot of time walking/facing away from me, lol.  But had it not been for that, I wouldn’t have gotten this adorable bum shot, hehe.

I’m really looking forward to your wedding this fall Lisa and Bryan!!  I will be sure to bring some extra yummy doggie treats so that Lexi and I can be best friends. : )
