Chiara and Jacob got married a couple of weeks ago.  I had SUCH a great time with their crew.  One of the funnest bridal parties I’ve ever worked with!  I loved this whole day!!

Tell me about your dress…
“My dress was literally designed by my mom (Luisa). It was very plain at the store (Heirlooms in Dundas) and somehow everyone loved it … my mom told me we could add the under layer (shimmer/sequences) and we added the straps with the diamonds and the diamonds just above the knee… I had no vision for this dress but I totally trusted my mom and her vision and thank goodness I did because it turned out beautiful!”

Describe the moment you saw Jake for the first time on the wedding day…
“The moment I saw Jake standing at the alter I was like… “holy cow we’re actually getting married/this is so real and not a dream”. I was so nervous especially having a bunch of people staring but I just kept on looking at Jake and Jake to me is like my safety net/comfort zone, all my fears left me once I saw him.”

What were some of your favourite parts of the day?…
“My favourite part of the wedding day was taking pictures. Honestly, it was the best time with my favourite people, my newlywed honey and my best friends … I felt like I was in a fairytale and I was the princess. Our first dance was also an experience I will never forget. Everyone watching us dance and Jake spinning me in my oversized puff dress and our dip. I just felt like a princess or a famous movie star!”

What was your first dance song and why did you choose it?…
“Our first song was “Everybody Loves Somebody” by Dean Martin. Jake always said this song was about me/for me. When we first started dating we would go for long car rides to wherever and we would always listen to Dean Martin and we would always sing! So we thought it would be a prefect song for us, plus we wanted to do a classic song and be different from the rest!”
