I (obviously) have thousands and thousands of pictures of my baby girl, and I’m often asked who takes pictures of me with Aylah or if I’m even in any pictures at all.  Truthfully I hate being in pictures, I much prefer the other side of the lens … but I most definitely want my little girl to have pictures of her with her Mommy throughout the different stages of her childhood …

One of the beautiful things about being a photographer is being part of a community of many other photographers that you can call on in cases like these.  Back in the summer I contacted Tonia of Delicate Impressions to do a mommy&me session for Aylah and I … I couldn’t be happier with the results.  The day we went for the session it was a zillion degrees outside and I can’t help but long for those temperatures again as I look out my window at the 2 feet of snow on my neighbour’s roof.

Anyhow, I’m not sure why I waited so long to share these.  Probably cuz I’m in them and I’m of course my own worst critic.  But nevertheless, Tonia did a fantastic job, and I am forever grateful to have these memories!  When you have a second hop on over to her Facebook page and show her some love …
