Shealyn and Zachary got married yesterday afternoon at The Spice Factory in downtown Hamilton.  I was so honoured to be a part of this awesome day with this awesome couple!

I asked Shea to describe the first moments that she saw her groom on the big day …
“We waited until the ceremony moment where I (the bride) entered to see each other. It was the most perfect moment. We were both so happy and he had tears streaming down his face. We were surrounded by red brick covered in strung up lights and there were beautiful candles lining the way to one another. It was the most perfect moment. ”

Zach and Shea have always been so comfortable in front of my camera.  I remember saying to them at the engagement session “you barely need any direction at all … you’re making my job too easy.”
The wedding day was no different.  This couple’s camera presence is on point!
I asked Shea if she had any advice for other couples who may be nervous or anxious about having their wedding photos done …
“Be relaxed and allow your personality to appear in the photos. No need to be stiff or awkward, Melissa does this all the time and is so fun and professional. There is nothing to worry about every photo turns out great all you have to do is relax and enjoy spending time with everyone taking photos. ”

For their first dance Zach and Shea chose “Love Me Tender” by Elvis Presley.  It’s Shea’s favourite song and also her grandmother who has passed away loved Elvis Presley and was his biggest fan.  What a special way to have Grandma with you on your special day Shea!

Congrats again Shea and Zach … I couldn’t be happier for you both!
