Jessica & Ryan were married at the gorgeous Berkeley Church in Toronto this past weekend, and I had the pleasure of capturing their day.  This couple is probably the most quirky and spontaneous couple I have ever worked with, and my second shooter and I had an absolute blast with them!  Jessica wore a stunning Vera Wang gown embellished with sparkling ferns and she looked phenomenal in it!The dainty ferns were also present in her bouquets and centerpieces … along with an abundance of baby’s breath.  So soft and romantic … I loved it!

Jessica’s outfit was completed with a pair of fantastic Vince Camuto heels … and she rocked them!Jess’ maids were as beautiful on the inside as they were on the outside in their clover green knee-length dresses.  I had so much fun hanging out with these awesome ladies all day!Ryan and Jessica opted to do a first look (which I LOVE) … cuz how else are you going to get great pictures like these …And this set below is why I won’t shoot a wedding without a second shooter.  Same moment, two different perspectives … equally important!Ryan’s dad couldn’t wait to welcome Jessica into his family … so sweet!I loved how the groomsmen all wore their own navy suits … each a little different, just like them.  Ryan wanted them to either wear something they already had, or buy something affordable they would wear again.  Very practical and thoughtful … and they looked absolutely smashing!We took some of our formal shots at Osgoode Hall which was the perfect mix of greenery and structures right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Toronto.  Great location choice by my couple!These pictures (above and below) pretty much sum up Jessica and Ryan!  I just love them!!Ummm … wow Jessica!!With Ryan and Jessica both being lawyers, we couldn’t pass by the court house without getting a couple of shots!And being true Torontonians … who needs a limo!!  Street car it is!!  So much fun!!After the “formal” photos (and I use that term loosely) we went to Berkeley where the ceremony and reception were held.  I really hope I get to shoot in the venue again someday … it was a photographer’s dream!! Ooooo … I love me some Chiavari chairs … my favourite!!!In true “Ryan & Jess” fashion … they had a cheese cake … yes, a CHEESE cake … lol.And after dinner the party started … and boy did these guests know how to party!!Congratulations Jessica and Ryan … I couldn’t have asked for a better day or a better couple to share it with!  I wish you all the best for your future together and I hope you have an amazing time in Fiji on your honeymoon!
