I was SO excited when I found out that Emily and Brandon were expecting their first baby.  I shot their wedding a few years ago and they are THE sweetest people!!  Little Hadley came into the studio for her first photoshoot and to say she “nailed it” would be an understatement.  I just wanted to keep posing her all day long (hence the longer than normal blog post) … she was puddy in my hands!  And THAT HAIR!!!!

I asked Emily if she had any tips or tricks for new parents for those first days adjusting to parenthood…
“Remember that baby is just as stressed as you may feel. They come into this world experiencing everything for the first time and it can be scary for them just as much as it is for parents. We need to be there for them through this hectic time to help ease their worries. This helped me feel less stressed because I knew I needed to get through this hard time for her.”

You’re very wise Emily … and you’re going to be an amazing mama!!
